Christian, Rosalynn “Rosie” and Judith “Judy” are a dynamic sibling group of three of Caucasian descent. Christian age ten is currently in the fourth grade. His IQ is said to be in the “superior range”. He does well academically, but has difficulty with social interactions and his behaviors. He loves video games, coloring, puzzles and Legos. He is very creative and loves to use his imagination.
Rosie age seven is in the second grade. She does well academically and attends an after school program. She is described as very bright and friendly. She likes dancing, coloring and going to the park and mall. Rosie is currently placed with her older sister Judy in the same foster home and does well. Rosie gets along well with other children of all ages.
Judy age eleven is in the sixth grade. She does well academically and attends an after school program. She is described as engaging and smart. She loves to read and has a book in her hand at all times! She does well in her current foster home where she is placed with her younger sister.
These siblings are part of a sibling group of four. They have a younger brother whose goal is not adoption at this time. If anything should change with his status, his social worker would seek to place him with his siblings. The children are not yet legally freed for adoption and are offered visitation with their birth mother. Families would need to be able to accommodate these visits. The children’s social worker is open to exploring single and two parent families who have no children or older children in the home.
