HI! My name is Jaxon.
"One of my favorite things to do is go outside and explore!"

And here's what others say...
Jaxon is a ten-year-old boy of Caucasian/Hispanic descent who has made tremendous gains in the past year. Jaxon is described by those who know him as very “sweet, caring, kind, and silly”! Jaxon is in the third grade and receives assistance through an Individual Educational Plan (IEP). Jaxon has worked hard to have positive behavior and make progress with his school work. Jaxon currently resides in a residential program, but he has done a lot of hard work to be ready to live in a family. He has enjoyed sharing a room and has made meaningful connections with his peers. Jaxon is said to be a great advocate for himself and his needs. He responds well to limits and boundaries that are set by the adults in his life.

Not yet legally freed for adoption, Jaxon’s social worker is open to exploring all families with or without older children in the home. Jaxon will need a family that could potentially be open to some form of contact with his birth mother. He also has siblings who reside with kin not related to Jaxon that he may want contact with in the future.
