HI! My name is Jaeden.
"I love girly activities!"
Jaeden is a creative 9-year-old girl of Caucasian descent. She is described as active, sweet and outgoing. Some of her favorite activities include making up stories and songs, playing with her Barbie’s, and playing dress up with jewelry and makeup. She also enjoys riding her bike, playing outside, swimming, going to the beach and playing with friends.
Jaeden likes to be silly but also likes to be in charge and independent. She is in the 4th grade in regular education classes. Jaeden does well with the structure of school and has positive peer relationships. She has struggled in the past with reading but is improving now that she has glasses. Jaeden does very well with following schedules, when limits are set and if she has a clear understanding of what is expected of her. She thrives in an attentive environment with lots of positive reinforcements.
Legally freed for adoption, Jaeden should be placed in a family with a mom and dad, two moms or a single mom. If there are other children in the home, they needs to be older and female. Most importantly, Jaeden needs a family who will stick by her side through her ups and downs. She is working on her past trauma and it is important that a family help guide her through this process. A family should be open to keeping Jaeden in contact with her younger sister who is being adopted by another family.
