HI! My name is Isaiah
"I hope to do some more fun stuff this summer!"

And here's what others say...
Soon to be fourteen in August, Isaiah is a sweet, shy African American/Caucasian boy with the biggest smile you ever saw! Isaiah does well with one-on-one contact and would benefit from making a positive connection with a caring and consistent adult outside of his program. Though he has developmental delays and cognitive limitations, Isaiah is athletic and enjoys playing basketball and other sports. He also enjoys video games, miniature golf, puzzles and puzzle books that require you to find things in a picture, as well as sensory activities. Isaiah tends to struggle with transitions and does not do well with negative feedback.

Legally freed for adoption, Isaiah currently lives at a residential home and his social worker is seeking someone who could serve as a visiting resource and take him out in the community and possibly spend some holidays with him. It will be important that the visiting resource speak to his program to get a good understanding of his needs and what activities might be overly stimulating for him versus what activities would be better suited for him.
